Aaron Rodgers Tosses Two Touchdowns Before Early Exit
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers completed 11-of-16 passes for 140 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions during the team's 40-33 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. The reigning MVP exited the game in the third quarter due to a rib injury he suffered on a sack the previous drive. Rodgers did come back out of the locker room, but Jordan Love finished out the game. With a thumb injury already limiting Rodgers, he will be a name to watch during this week's upcoming practice reports to determine if he has a shot to play in Week 13 against the Chicago Bears. With Green Bay's playoff hopes all but dashed after their loss Sunday night, Love could be in line to finish out the season if the Packers decide to shut Rodgers down. The 38-year-old will be a borderline QB1 next week if he is able to go.
