Houston's offense has been rough this season and while the move to Kyle Allen could help the Texans get more out of their passing game, that's not something to necessarily count on. The one time that Allen started most of an NFL season back in 2019, he threw 16 interceptions, with 3.3% of his passes getting picked off.

Miami has only picked off four passes this season, which has been part of why the defense hasn't been great in fantasy, but with the Texans on tap and Allen's past propensity of throwing picks, there's definitely more upside here than there usually would be.

Should I Start the Dolphins DST In Week 12 Fantasy Football?

Even with the advantage of playing this Texans team, there are some better options than the Dolphins this week in fantasy, but it's also likely some of those better options are already rostered.

If you're streaming defenses, the Dolphins should definitely be in play. I would rank them as a top 10 fantasy defense this week, though definitely closer to the bottom of that top 10 than the top of it.
