BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 27% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Tyrese Maxey and James Harden are expected to remain off the hardwood until at least Dec. 11 and Dec. 5 respectively nurturing foot injuries. The Sixers' guard rotation outside of those two comes down to Shake Milton, De'Anthony Melton, and a bunch of makeshift/unplayable guys. So you know what you have to do with the former two for the next week and change. Go smash that Add button.
The younger of the M-Ton Brothers is into his fifth pro season and playing for his third franchise after spending time in Phoenix and Memphis before arriving in Philly this past summer. He started 15 games last season, and he's already at 10 this year for one reason or another.
Melton is averaging career-high numbers in points (11+), boards (4.5), dimes (3+), and steals (2+) per game this season. He's currently on a five-game stint in which he's started at the two-guard position averaging nearly a 17-5-4-3 per-game. He's logging 36 (!) MPG, boasting a high 23%+ usage rate, and launching 14+ FGA a pop. Makes sense considering he's dropping buckets at a 41% clip while hitting 3.6 3PM per game.
Even if/when Maxey and Harden return, Melton will still be a more than viable fantasy option. He won't have an All-League type of value anymore because he will at least split some time with those two true starters, but he's been fantastic all year long.
Before getting this no. 2 role in the rotation only behind Joel Embiid because of all of the injuries to the guards in the squad, Melton was already averaging 8-4-2.5-1.5 per-game line in a much lower 25 MPG.

BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 8% of leagues ANALYSIS: The surge of Deni Avdija in all fantasy leaderboards has a very easy-to-grasp reason and that's Kyle Kuzma missing time with an injury.
