2 years agoThe Denver Broncos defense may only be tied for 23rd in the NFL in overall fantasy points through 11 weeks, but they set up as a top-five defensive unit in fantasy in Week 12 against the Carolina Panthers. The Panthers will be giving quarterback Sam Darnold his first start of the season, and they have allowed the ninth-most fantasy points to team defenses in 2022. Denver's D has been one of the best all year, allowing the second-fewest points per game (17.1) and the third-fewest total yards per game (302.1), while Carolina's offense is scoring just 18.8 points per game. They've been turnover-prone, too, giving the ball away 15 times, and having Darnold under center could make things worse.
