Kendall Hinton To Have Elevated Role Against Carolina
2 years agoFor the second straight week, Denver Broncos wide receiver Kendall Hinton should serve as the team's No. 2 wideout with Jerry Jeudy (ankle) and KJ Hamler (hamstring) ruled out in Week 12 on the road against the Carolina Panthers. In last week's overtime loss to the Las Vegas Raiders, Hinton played 88 percent of the offensive snaps and caught all three of his targets for 57 yards, his second-highest receiving total of the season. In the last two games, the 25-year-old has seven catches on eight targets for 119 yards. The slot weapon won't have a ton of upside in Denver's low-scoring offense, though, and he's not much of an option in the red zone. At best, Hinton will be a low-floor, low-ceiling WR4/flex in very deep fantasy leagues this weekend.
