Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks hasn’t had an ideal rookie season. The former Arkansas star is the WR90 for the year, averaging only 6.3 half-point PPR fantasy points per game.
Unfortunately, the rookie missed four games because of a foot/toe injury he suffered in Week 4. Before getting hurt, he averaged only four targets and 4.8 fantasy points per game.
However, Burks has played well since returning from the injury.

Should I Pickup And Start Treylon Burks In Week 12?
Over the past two weeks, the rookie receiver has averaged seven targets and 9.3 fantasy points per game. More importantly, Burks had a breakout performance last week against the Green Bay Packers. The former Arkansas star caught seven of eight targets and had the first 100-yard receiving game in his career.
More importantly, the first-round pick scored a career-high 14.6 half-point PPR fantasy points in the win. By comparison, he had only 23 total fantasy points before last week’s game.
Yet, Burks is still available in over 60% of ESPN leagues. Fantasy players should run to the waiver wire and add the rookie receiver.
This week he faces the Cincinnati Bengals. They have surrendered a receiving touchdown to wide receivers in five straight games. Furthermore, they have given up 26.3 fantasy points per game to the position over their past three matchups.
While he isn’t a must-start this week, fantasy players can feel confident starting Burks against the Bengals.
What Other Wide Receivers Could I Pickup And Start In Week 12?
However, what wide receiver should fantasy players add if Burks isn't available?
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Demarcus Robinson is available in over 85% of ESPN leagues. He has played well lately and is coming off a terrific performance last week.
In Week 11, the veteran receiver had eight receptions for 128 receiving yards against the Carolina Panthers. Robinson scored a season-high 17.3 half-point PPR fantasy points and made several impressive plays in the win.
More importantly, Robinson has an appealing matchup this week. The Jacksonville Jaguars have surrendered 29.4 fantasy points per game to wide receivers this season, the eighth-most in the NFL. Furthermore, they have given up four receiving touchdowns to the position over the past two weeks.
Fantasy players that need a last-minute replacement option for Mike Williams should add Robinson off the waiver wire if Burks isn’t available.
