Everyone knows tight end is the trickiest positions to figure out in fantasy football as there are only a few must-start studs. Long-term injuries to Kyle Pitts, Darren Waller, Zach Ertz, and Dallas Goedert have made the position even thinner. Now, Tyler Higbee, David Njoku, Gerald Everett, and Logan Thomas are banged up, setting up for an unbelievably difficult week for the landscape of the position. As always, things can change in a hurry, so make sure to stay up to date.

Tyler Higbee Injury Update
Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee (knee) is officially questionable to play against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 12. It's also unclear if Matthew Stafford (concussion/neck) will play, so there are plenty of reasons to be concerned for the Rams' offense – beyond just what has transpired this season thus far.
If Stafford plays, Higbee could have some PPR value since the Rams will likely be playing from behind, but he's far from a high-end fantasy asset at this point in the season. The ceiling and floor are significantly lower than expected for him, regardless of who is at quarterback for Sean McVay.
David Njoku Injury Update
Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku (ankle/knee) will play against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 12, but it's unclear whether or not he'll be on a snap count like he was last week against the Buffalo Bills. Njoku played just 28 snaps to Harrison Bryant's 55 in that game and caught just two passes for 17 yards. With all that said, the risk is baked into his Week 12 fantasy outlook.
If he plays the full complement of snaps, his upside has proven to be high. Ultimately, the tight end position is extra scarce this season with a ton of key injuries, so the risk is probably worth it in Week 12
Gerald Everett Injury Update
Los Angeles Chargers tight end Gerald Everett (groin) is off the Chargers' final injury report after practicing in full on Thursday and Friday. Everett narrowly missed last week's game against the Kansas City Chiefs but will face the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.
Arizona has allowed the most fantasy points to tight ends through 11 weeks of the season, and with all the tight ends out of action with injuries, Everett has become a near must-start.
Logan Thomas Injury Update
Washington Commanders tight end Logan Thomas (rib/illness) is officially questionable to face the Atlanta Falcons in Week 12. Thomas hasn't had a prolific season, but with Kyle Pitts, Darren Waller, Zach Ertz, and Dallas Goedert all on injured reserve, the tight end position is thin, so he's on the fantasy radar.
The Falcons are just a neutral matchup for tight ends but are susceptible to the run and pass. That said, consider Thomas a low-end TE2 or TE3 if active. If he's out, John Bates should be the lead tight end, but it'll probably just mean more targets for Commanders' wide receivers.
