2 years agoCincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon (concussion) has been officially ruled out for Week 12 against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday due to his concussion that he suffered in last week's win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Mixon was unable to clear the league's protocol and didn't practice all week, paving the way for Samaje Perine to lead Cincy's backfield this weekend against the Titans. Perine should've been a popular waiver-wire pickup this week because of Mixon's injury, especially after he scored three receiving touchdowns and saw 15 touches in Week 11. Rookie Chris Evans and Trayveon Williams will look to pick up the slack behind Perine this Sunday. With added touches and playing time, Perine will be in play as an RB2 in Week 12 with Mixon out.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
