2 years agoBuffalo Bills star pass-rusher Von Miller (knee) did not suffer a torn ACL in the Thanksgiving win over the Detroit Lions on Thursday, but there is concern about his lateral meniscus. He will be out at least a week or 10 days while he figures it out. Miller will undergo surgery, but the question is whether he'll have it now or after the season. Once the injury calms down in a week or two, doctors and the Bills will decide the next step. Fantasy managers that have Miller rostered in IDP leagues should hold tight for now, but there's still a chance Miller won't play again in 2022. Buffalo's defense/special teams unit will still be attractive in fantasy, but they'll lose a lot of upside without their best pass-rusher for the foreseeable future.
