Updating a previous report, the initial diagnosis for Buffalo Bills star pass-rusher Von Miller (knee) is a knee sprain, according to a source. Nobody has ruled out a more serious injury, but a knee sprain would be good news for the Bills and Miller. He has an MRI exam and other tests scheduled for Friday to confirm the initial diagnosis. Miller injured his knee late in the first half of Thursday's Thanksgiving game against the Detroit Lions and was carted off the field. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Miller will surely miss time, but the question is how much. If it's just a knee sprain, Miller should be able to return for the postseason. He came into Thursday's game with eight sacks, so losing Miller's pass-rushing prowess is a big blow to the Bills defensive unit.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
