Bucs To Ride Hot Hand At Running Back
2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles said the team would ride the hot hand at running back between Leonard Fournette and Rachaad White. Fournette is "pretty sore" with a hip injury he suffered in the Germany game and was a limited participant in practice Wednesday. "We'll see how he (Fournette) progresses, and if he can go, he'll go; if he can't, he won't," said Bowles. White filled in admirably when Fournette exited early in the Germany game against the Seahawks, rushing 22 times for 105 yards. Tampa Bay will ride the hot hand, and White could see the lion's share of the carries from the Bucs backfield after his Week 10 performance. Fantasy managers can start Fournette and White as flex plays until the backfield situation sorts itself out within the next few weeks.
