2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler handled 19 rushing attempts for 83 yards and a touchdown, adding two receptions for 17 yards in a narrow loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. His 19 carries were a season-high, but his two targets were unfortunately a season-low. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect this little involvement in the passing attack going forward, but expectations should be tempered a bit now that Keenan Allen has returned to the starting lineup. This was still an excellent performance for Ekeler and he should continue to put up RB1 numbers heading into the fantasy playoffs.--Jorden Hill - RotoBaller
