Matthew Stafford Enters Concussion Protocol, Bryce Perkins Takes Over
2 years agoLos Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford was taken to the locker room and placed in concussion protocol during Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints. Per league policy, he won't return to the contest. It's a concerning development considering Stafford was in concussion protocol just a few days ago. Not only are the Rams without Stafford for the rest of the game, but John Wolford (neck) is also inactive. As a result, third-string quarterback Bryce Perkins entered the game. Look for him to use his mobility to help lead Los Angeles down the field throughout the duration of Stafford's absence.
