Is David Njoku Playing In Week 11 Against the Bills?
The Browns' talented TE last suited up in Week 7 and has been working his way back from a serious ankle injury.
Njoku returned to Cleveland's practices this week, getting in sessions on both Thursday and Friday.
While Njoku officially enters the weekend with a questionable injury designation, he has already told media personnel that he plans to play against the Bills in Week 11. His return to practice on Thursday and Friday would also appear to confirm his statement.
Should I Start David Njoku If He's Active In Week 11?
While fantasy managers will want to wait for confirmation, it appears as though Njoku is trending in the right direction for Sunday's clash with the Buffalo Bills.
If Njoku is active in Week 11, he should be in fantasy lineups. Before going down in Week 7, the 26-year-old was having a true breakout season for the Browns. Per Eric Moody, Njoku has averaged 14.2 fantasy points per game over his last five.
Despite appearing in just seven games, he currently stands as the overall fantasy TE13. His fantasy managers can confidently fire him up against a Bills squad that's relinquishing 7.96 yards per target to opposing TEs this year, the eighth-highest mark in the NFL.
