2 years agoWashington Commanders running back J.D. McKissic (neck) has landed on the injured reserve list and won't play again this season. The 29-year-old had four touchdowns in 2021-22. However, he hasn't had any through eight games this season. McKissic will undergo rehab over the next couple of months, although it's uncertain if he'll be ready to go for the start of the 2023-24 campaign. In the meantime, Antonio Gibson, the No. 2 option on the depth chart, could see a few additional targets out of the backfield moving ahead, while Brian Robinson should handle most of the touches on the rushing end.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
