Allen Lazard Leads Packers In Targets During Week 11 Loss
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Allen Lazard caught five of 11 targets for 57 yards during the team's 27-17 loss to the Tennessee Titans. The 26-year-old led the team in targets by a wide margin but was visibly not on the same page as quarterback Aaron Rodgers multiple times. To top it all off, rookie Christian Watson continued to dominate the red zone targets, catching two more touchdowns in this game to bring his total to five over the past two weeks. The 11 targets were the highest in a single game for Lazard this season, which is encouraging, but he will need to find his way back into the end zone if he is to return WR2 value. A matchup against Philadelphia and cornerback Darius Slay is set for next week, making Lazard a risky WR3 for fantasy managers.
