DJ Chark Returning To Practice
2 years agoThe Detroit Lions designated wide receiver DJ Chark (ankle) to return from Injured Reserve on Wednesday and he will return to practice. The Lions will now have 21 days to officially activate Chark from Injured Reserve, and there's a chance he could play in Week 11 against the New York Giants. The 26-year-old hasn't played since Week 3, so even if he's active this Sunday, he won't be a recommended fantasy play with the Lions likely easing him back into the game plan. Josh Reynolds (back) has missed the last two games, and Chark should eventually return to being the No. 2 next to Amon-Ra St. Brown, so he's worth a waiver-wire pickup in deeper leagues. Before his injury, Chark caught seven of his 18 targets for 98 yards and one touchdown.
