Matthew Stafford Remains In Concussion Protocol
2 years agoLos Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford (concussion) remains in the concussion protocol as of Tuesday morning. Head coach Sean McVay has declined to say whether Stafford has been diagnosed with a concussion. Stafford wasn't cleared to play last Sunday. Backup John Wolford took over and threw for 212 yards, one touchdown and an interception on 36 pass attempts in the 27-17 loss. We'll have a better idea of whether Stafford has a chance to play in Week 11 against the New Orleans Saints once the team begins practicing on Wednesday. But Stafford will be off the QB1 radar in fantasy if he returns, considering the fact that top receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) is now on Injured Reserve.
