Tre'Davious White Not Ready To Play
2 years agoBuffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said that cornerback Tre'Davious White (knee) is still unable to play. "I'm not going to get into physical versus mental," McDermott said when asked what was keeping the former Pro Bowl cornerback from being on a game day roster. "He's just not in a position where he's ready." White wasn't on the Week 10 injury report and was a healthy scratch for the Week 10 overtime loss to the Minnesota Vikings, and he doesn't seem any closer to playing in Week 11 against the Cleveland Browns. Buffalo's secondary allowed 357 yards through the air to the Vikings on Sunday, with receiver Justin Jefferson accounting for 197 of those, so they could certainly use White and safety Jordan Poyer (elbow) back. White was activated from Injured Reserve on Nov. 1 but has yet to play in 2022 after tearing his ACL almost a year ago.
