Aaron Jones Tallies 156 Yards Against Dallas
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones took 24 carries for 138 yards and a touchdown, adding 18 yards on two receptions, during the team's 31-28 overtime victory over the Dallas Cowboys. The 24 carries were the most in any game this season for the 27-year-old, and this marked the third time in the past four weeks that Jones has scored over 16 fantasy points. Green Bay's offense looked much more poised this week, leaning on the run game while keeping quarterback Aaron Rodgers to just 20 pass attempts. It led the Packers to a victory in overtime, snapping their five-game losing streak. Expecting the offense to continue to lean on Jones, the sixth-year back will be a clear-cut RB1 moving forward. He faces Tennessee at home next week and should be considered a back-end RB1 at the very least in that matchup.
