The Tampa Bay Buccaneers spent a third-round NFL Draft pick in 2022 on running back Rachaad White out of Arizona State. White has been used sparingly so far this season but has shown flashes while playing behind an underproducing Leonard Fournette.
The Bucs' offense has struggled to score this year but has a solid matchup in Week 10 against the Seattle Seahawks.
Of course, White will not see workhorse volume, but is he worth picking up? And if so, should you start him as a flex option on Sunday? Let's take a closer look.

Should I Pickup Rachaad White In Fantasy Football?
Again, White's utilization has been limited this season, but he has shown potential. The best fantasy outing of his young career came in Week 4 in which he scored a rushing touchdown and added five receptions for 50 yards. He is clearly a talented pass-catcher, which was known coming into the draft as White posted 43 receptions in 11 games in his final collegiate season.
Starter Leonard Fournette has averaged three or fewer yards per carry in four straight contests. White has not out-touched Fournette in any game this season, but Fournette has seen his carry count reduce drastically as of late.
In fact, the two backs almost split the groundwork 50/50 in Week 9 as White handled eight rushing attempts to Fournette's nine. The rookie also hauled in all three of his targets last week to give him a season-high total of 11 touches. He even replaced Fournette for an entire drive in the first half, and the veteran was not thrilled.

Fantasy managers should definitely look to add White in all formats this week. Even if Fournette is given the bulk of touches on Sunday, it would not be at all shocking to see White take on a much more prominent role starting in Week 12 after Tampa Bay's Week 11 bye. It is common for teams to make their most drastic changes during the break.
Should I Start Rachaad White In Week 10 Fantasy Football?
A breakout could soon be on the horizon for White. The Seahawks have allowed the ninth-most PPR fantasy points per game to running backs this season, so the 23-year-old could find success as early as this week. This is a tempting matchup to deploy White as a flex in starting fantasy lineups.
Still, we have not yet seen White take on a significant role in the backfield as he has not surpassed eight carries in a game. Because of the matchup, he could be a desperation option in deep leagues, but White is best left on the bench in most formats until we see more of a commitment from the team to get him involved.
