Robert Tonyan Not A Recommended Streaming Option In Week 10
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers tight end Robert Tonyan will face the Dallas Cowboys in Week 10. The 28-year-old has failed to top 35 yards since Week 6, where he exploded for 90 yards on 10 receptions. Tonyan failed to help fantasy managers last week against a soft Detroit Lions defense and now has to face a Dallas defense that allows the fourth-fewest fantasy points per game to the tight end position. While Romeo Doubs (ankle) will be out for the next four weeks at least, Tonyan could still struggle to garner a consistent target share. Sammy Watkins is healthy, and rookie Christian Watson will likely see the biggest target bump in Doubs' absence. Spot-starting the veteran tight end in plus matchups is fine, but he is better left on the bench or waiver wire this week against Dallas.
