The Las Vegas Raiders were bit by the injury bug ahead of Week 10 as they had to place Darren Waller (hamstring) and Hunter Renfrow (oblique) on injured reserve on Thursday.
The injury transactions out of Las Vegas leave the Raiders short on pass catchers heading into a Week 10 showdown against the Indianapolis Colts at home.
Mack Hollins stands to see an increased role in Las Vegas moving forward. Should fantasy managers be adding Hollins off of waivers ahead of Week 10? Let's dive in and take a look.

What Did Mack Hollins Do In Week 9?
Hollins turned in a slow performance against the Jacksonville Jaguars, catching just two of his four targets for 17 yards despite playing on 84.7% of the offensive snaps and posting an 81.6% route participation rate. Of course, the now-injured Renfrow also played in that game and drew four targets himself. Hollins also could have turned in a much bigger game had Derek Carr seen him wide open down the left side of the field on this play:

Hollins has been up-and-down in 2022, posting four games of at least 11.6 PPR fantasy points while logging 6.3 points or fewer in his other four contests.
On the year, Hollins has been a solid boom/bust flex option, hitting 30.0 PPR points back in Week 3. Renfrow also did not play that week, giving some hope that Hollins could be a larger part of the Las Vegas game plan moving forward.
Should I Pickup and Start Mack Hollins Off the Waiver Wire in Fantasy Football?
Hollins should be rostered in 12-team and larger leagues, based on his potential in the Las Vegas offense. Like Hollins himself, the Raiders have been very inconsistent on offense this season but he has the potential to be the No. 2 option in the passing game behind only Davante Adams for at least the next four weeks while Waller and Renfrow are sidelined.

That being said, the Colts represent a tough matchup for Hollins and his fellow wide receivers as they are allowing the second-fewest fantasy points per game to the position in 2022.
The baller move here would be to get Hollins onto your roster but keep him on the bench unless he's absolutely needed. His next three games all come against tough secondaries but a Week 13 matchup vs. the Chargers is promising and there's no guarantee that Waller and/or Renfrow will be back after four games. Final verdict: Add and stash in leagues of 12 or more teams.
