Chris Godwin Continues To Recover From Knee Injury
2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin (knee) said he continues to recover from knee surgery to fix a torn ACL that he suffered last season, but he has been feeling better as he progresses this year. Godwin feels that he's making small improvements each week, but it's still a fluid process throughout the season. The 26-year-old is the WR16 entering Week 10 against the Seattle Seahawks in London, but his production could increase in the second half of the season as he gets closer to 100 percent health. Godwin currently has 42 receptions on 65 targets for 404 yards in seven games, but he's still searching for his first touchdown of the season. He'll remain in WR2 territory for fantasy managers this Sunday against Seattle.
