Washington is taking on the Philadelphia Eagles, a unit that is allowing the eighth-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers this season. In the Commanders' previous matchup against the Eagles in Week 3, the sixth-year receiver finished with 61 yards from scrimmage on 10 total opportunities. Samuel has been seeing fewer targets recently with Taylor Heinicke taking over the quarterback position. If he continues to see a lack of targets this week, the 26-year-old's value will hinge on his ability to score a touchdown.
