Keenan Allen Still Day-To-Day, Misses Another Practice
2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen (hamstring) is not expected to practice on Wednesday, according to head coach Brandon Staley. The team continues to label him day-to-day, but Allen has to be the most frustrating player to roster in fantasy this year. The 30-year-old injured his hamstring in the season opener and didn't return until Week 7, when he played just 32 percent of the offensive snaps and caught both of his targets for 11 yards. He says he won't return to game action until he's 100 percent healthy, so who knows when that may be. There's no guarantee that he'll play in Week 10 against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night, so fantasy managers shouldn't be banking on him. Joshua Palmer and DeAndre Carter would continue to see starting roles if Allen is out. Mike Williams (ankle) remains on Injured Reserve.
