Aaron Jones, Christian Watson Practice Wednesday
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones (ankle) and rookie wide receiver Christian Watson (chest, concussion) returned to practice on Wednesday despite leaving the Week 9 game with injuries. Jones was listed as limited, while Watson surprisingly was a full go. X-rays turned up negative on Jones' left ankle, so he'll have a chance to play in Week 10 against the Dallas Cowboys. The 27-year-old isn't guaranteed to play, though, and even if he's active, most of the backfield work could go to AJ Dillon. Watson has suffered two head injuries the last two weeks, but apparently he was cleared from the concussion protocol on Sunday and could play this week. With fellow rookie Romeo Doubs (ankle) out multiple weeks, Watson will have a chance for a bigger role in the passing attack if he can just stay on the field.
