2 years agoAtlanta Falcons running back Cordarrelle Patterson has been a fantasy star this season. The veteran running back has averaged one rushing touchdown and 16.2 half-point PPR fantasy points per game in his four healthy games this year. More importantly, the former first-round pick in the RB10 on a points-per-game basis, averaging 14.9 fantasy points per game. Meanwhile, the Carolina Panthers have surrendered 25.7 fantasy points per game to running backs this season, the third-most in the NFL. Furthermore, the Panthers were destroyed by Joe Mixon last week, giving up five touchdowns to the running back. While he didn't play in the Week 8 matchup, Patterson has top-five upside this week.--Mike Fanelli
