Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones was a popular sleeper in the preseason and after a handful of productive fantasy outings through nine weeks, he's back on the fantasy football radar.
The return of Deshaun Watson could elevate his ceiling and overall fantasy profile, so expect him to be a hot name on the waiver wire moving forward.
With Jacoby Brissett slated to start three more games, should you pick up Peoples-Jones now? Let's dive into it.

Donovan Peoples-Jones Season Recap
Peoples-Jones has topped 70 receiving yards in four of his last five games as is the WR31 over that five-game stretch. No, he hasn't been providing week-winning ceiling performances, but he's been steady since settling in Brissett.
He's currently a fringe WR4 or 5 despite scoring zero touchdowns this season, so there's seemingly plenty of room for improvement. In deep leagues, he's likely already rostered, but he should be if not -- even while Brissett remains the starter.
Should I Pickup Donovan Peoples-Jones
Obviously, his production thus far doesn't warrant heavy fantasy football intrigue, but the return of Watson from an 11-game suspension should raise his ceiling. Watson has a history of supporting multiple fantasy-relevant wideouts and is largely considered one of the best deep-ball throwers in the NFL.
Sure, Watson might be rusty after nearly two years off the playing field, but the expectation is he should immediately be a more efficient and dynamic signal-caller than Brissett from the jump.
Amari Cooper, David Njoku, and Peoples-Jones should all see a boost in their rest-of-season rankings, and if the Watson to Peoples-Jones connection looks anything like the Watson to Will Fuller V connection, he could absolutely be a league-winner. The crowd will rush to pick up Peoples-Jones a week or two before Watson returns, so this is likely the last chance fantasy managers will have to get him at a dirt-cheap price. Take advantage now.
