Josh Anderson Receives A Two-Game Suspension
2 years agoMontreal Canadiens right wing Josh Anderson has been suspended for two games for boarding Vegas' Alex Pietrangelo in Saturday's 6-4 loss. He will be unavailable for Tuesday's visit to Detroit and Thursday's home game against Vancouver. Anderson hasn't done a lot this season, registering three goals and two assists, but he is still tied for the fifth-most points on the team and Montreal would obviously rather have him available. Anderson's suspension should help Rem Pitlick to get back into the lineup, and his absence also opens up a spot on the second power-play unit.
