2 years agoAs advertised when he showed up on the Contender Series, Waldo Cortes-Acosta (7-0) remained undefeated as a professional by earning a first-round knockout. With experience in Bellator and LFA, Cortes-Acosta is far from your average debuting UFC fighter. Also with professional boxing experience, four of his seven career wins have come by knockout/TKO. DraftKings sees Cortes-Acosta as the big favorite on Saturday with a salary of $9,000. He looks to be the real deal as far as transferring his knockout ability onto the big stage. His opponent, Jared Vanderaa, is on a four-fight losing streak and could be a perfect stepping stone for Cortes-Acosta.--Matt Bricker
