Darius Garland In Danger Of Missing Another Game
Darius Garland (toe) has been listed as questionable for Tuesday's Game 2 against the Indiana Pacers. He was out for the series opener on Sunday due to a toe sprain, missing a third consecutive contest. Now, Garland is in danger of missing another game, which would be a big blow for the Cavaliers, who dropped Game 1 on home court 121-112. Cavaliers head coach Kenny Atkinson has used Sam Merrill as Garland's replacement in the starting lineup, but he played only 18 minutes on Sunday, finishing with six points, four rebounds, and four assists. At the same time, Ty Jerome's workload increased to 29 minutes off the bench, and he made many DFS managers happy with a 21-point, eight-assist effort.

Darius Garland Won't Play In Game 1
Darius Garland (toe) won't play on Sunday against the Pacers. NBA TV's Jared Greenberg indicated Garland has been battling a left toe sprain, an injury that's been causing him a great deal of pain. Greenberg also added that had this injury occurred during the regular season, he likely would have been shut down for "a week to two weeks." But now it appears Donovan Mitchell will continue to handle most of the play making duties, at least for Game 1, with Ty Jerome and De'Andre Hunter both expected to benefit from a fantasy standpoint.

Darius Garland Listed As Questionable For Sunday's Game 1
Darius Garland (toe) is listed as questionable for Sunday's Game 1 against the Indiana Pacers. The Cavaliers lost their starting point guard for the final two games of the first-round series against the Miami Heat and may still be without him as the second round begins. Garland, who has averaged 24.0 points and 7.0 assists in the playoffs, is trying to shake off a left great toe sprain. Sam Merrill has started in Garland's absence, while Ty Jerome has seen increased usage off the bench. Despite the starting role, Merrill has not made a positive impact for DFS managers, averaging 4.5 points and 1.5 rebounds since Garland went down.

Darius Garland Remains Out On Monday
Darius Garland (toe) won't play on Monday versus Miami. He wasn't available for Saturday's win over the Heat because of a great toe sprain, an injury that bothered him toward the end of the regular season. Sam Merrill got the start in Game 3, although he went scoreless in 19 minutes. Instead, it was De'Andre Hunter and Ty Jerome who shined without Garland, with the duo combining for 34 points, 14 assists, and three steals. DFS managers should continue to see increased involvement from the pair. The same can be said for Max Strus, Evan Mobley, Jarrett Allen, and Donovan Mitchell.
