Jaguars Defense Struggles To Slow Down Giants In Week 7 Loss
2 years agoThe defense of the Jacksonville Jaguars had issues slowing down the offense of the New York Giants in a 23-17 loss at home on Sunday. Daniel Jones only threw for 202 yards and one touchdown while the Jaguars sacked him once, but Jacksonville's defense couldn't contain New York's running game. The Giants finished Sunday's win with 236 rushing yards and a touchdown on 39 attempts, with Jones and Saquon Barkley combining for 217 yards themselves. At the very least, the Jaguars have allowed 23 or fewer points in four of the last six weeks and they have a decent matchup against the Denver Broncos in Week 8.
