AJ Dillon A Low-End Flex Option
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon will face the Washington Commanders in Week 7. The third-year back has been incredibly disappointing since finishing as the RB10 overall in Week 1. Over the past five weeks, Dillon ranks as the RB40 overall and has averaged only 6.3 points per game. Lack of touchdowns, poor efficiency, and little involvement in the passing game has made the 24-year-old a liability for fantasy managers even in plus matchups. Dillon draws another favorable matchup this week against the Commanders, who allow the 12th-most fantasy points per game to running backs. We know Dillon will get 10 or more carries; he has averaged 12.2 per game so far this season. However, unless he finds the end zone, he is little more than a FLEX option in the current Packers offense. Dillon should be considered a high-risk, high-reward FLEX option for Week 7.
