Justin Fields Aggravates Shoulder Injury Thursday Night
2 years agoChicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields (shoulder) indicated that he re-aggravated an injury to his left non-throwing shoulder. "I'm hurting. Hurting pretty good," Fields said. "Got a long weekend, so I'll have some extra time to heal up." The 23-year-old specified it was a pre-existing injury to his left shoulder. He will have some extra time to recover as the Bears' next game is not until October 24th against the New England Patriots. The former first-round pick completed 14-of-27 passes for 190 yards, one touchdown, one interception, and 88 rushing yards in Thursday's loss to the Commanders. Fields is considered day-to-day for now.
