Last week, fantasy managers had to do without Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox, who missed his team's Week 5 win over the Steelers with foot and hamstring injuries.
With Knox out, the Bills gave the majority of the tight-end snaps to Quintin Morris, who caught three passes for 39 yards while also losing a fumble at the goal line.
Will Knox be active in Week 6 or will his foot and hamstring injuries hold him out of another game? Let's dive in and take a look.

Dawson Knox Injury Updates for Fantasy Football
Update-Friday, October 14: Knox was left off Buffalo's final injury report and should play in Week 6.
Dawson Knox Injury News
Knox did not practice all last week leading up to a Week 5 inactive in Buffalo's blowout win over the Steelers. His name has appeared on the injury report frequently this season as he was listed with back and hip injuries heading into Week 4 after getting in limited practices.
After playing on 75% of the offensive snaps in a Week 4 win over the Ravens, he popped up on the injury report yet again, this time with foot and hamstring issues ahead of Week 5.
The Bills have been playing Knox heavy snaps in 2022 as he has been on the field for 75.3% of his team's offensive snaps in the four games that he has played in.
Is Dawson Knox Injured or Playing in Week 6?
Knox himself sounds cautiously optimistic that he will be able to return to the field for an important Week 6 showdown against the Kansas City Chiefs. He told reporters that he is "definitely working to be back" for the important clash against the Chiefs.
He elaborated a bit on the injury on the Team West Herr podcast on Monday.

Based on his quote above, it certainly doesn't appear that Knox is dealing with anything major. Fantasy gamers who are counting on Knox will want to monitor his participation in practice this week as that will be a good indication as to whether he is able to suit up in Week 6.
Knox was able to practice on Wednesday, at least on a limited basis. He seemed to be in good spirits, at least in this clip.

As long as he doesn't suffer a setback later in the week, it would appear that Knox has a good chance to play in Week 6. That being said, keep checking back as we will continue to update his practice status as the week goes on.
