2 years agoAtlanta Hawks center Onyeka Okongwu had his fourth-year option picked up by the team on Tuesday. The 21-year-old big man registered 8.2 points, 5.9 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and 1.3 blocks while playing 20.7 minutes per game last season. His averages increased to 10.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 2.2 blocks per game in his six games as a starter. Okongwu is likely to still come off the bench this season, but he'll receive enough minutes to be considered in fantasy leagues. He's already established himself on the boards and on defense, which has led to his increase in minutes from his rookie season to last season.
