2 years agoVegas Golden Knights defenseman Nicolas Hague has signed a three-year contract with the team just as the 2022-23 season is about to start. He was a restricted free agent after coming off his entry-level deal and Hague received a contract that's worth $6.88 million in total. The cap hit for his contract stands at $2.29 million. The 23-year-old has skated in 142 regular-season games, recording 14 points with 38 penalty minutes, 80 blocks and 57 hits. Hague is a nice piece for Vegas, but he doesn't carry any fantasy value as a third-pairing blue-liner on the team.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
