Marvin Jones Jr. Leads Jaguars With 104 Receiving Yards
2 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Marvin Jones Jr. led the team with seven receptions for 104 yards on 11 targets in Sunday's 13-6 loss at home to the Houston Texans. We haven't seen much of Jones to begin the season with Christian Kirk and Zay Jones seeing the majority of the targets from Trevor Lawrence. But with the Jaguars needing a spark on offense in Week 5 versus the Texans, the veteran wideout received more opportunities through the air. The 32-year-old has lacked big plays in the passing game to begin the season, but he was able to connect on a couple of them this week. Jones should only be considered a potential flex option in deeper leagues entering Week 6.
