2 years agoCarolina Panthers tight end Ian Thomas has recorded three targets in every game this season and will hope to get more involved in a Week 5 bout with the San Francisco 49ers. Thomas was outshined by teammate Tommy Tremble last week, as Tremble played on 42 percent of snaps and earned six targets. Thomas was dealing with an ankle injury heading into Week 4's contest, though, so it's likely that he returns to his regular role on Sunday. Still, he has not shown anything this season to warrant consideration in fantasy lineups and will be especially unappealing against a 49ers defense currently allowing under seven PPR fantasy points per game to tight ends.--Jorden Hill - RotoBaller
