2 years agoHouston Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks remains the No. 1 target for quarterback Davis Mills, but the gap in targets between him and the other players is shrinking. After seeing 12 targets in Week 1, his numbers have dipped, and the last two weeks have seen Cooks get seven targets per contest. He found the end zone last week for the first time this season, but overall, Cooks is a lot riskier of a fantasy play than he was expected to be.
