2 years agoHouston Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks caught all seven of his targets in Sunday's loss to the Chargers, finishing with seven catches for 57 yards and a touchdown. Cooks continues to be the No. 1 option for quarterback Davis Mills, but it isn't by the overwhelming margin that was anticipated, which has lowered his floor.
