2 years agoMinnesota Twins top prospect Simeon Woods Richardson is expected to pitch for the club at some point in the final week of the season, according to manager Rocco Baldelli. The Twins have starters set for every day left in the season except for Sunday, so that will likely be the day Richardson makes his major league debut. The Twins number six prospect, according to MLB Pipeline, has excelled in Double-A and Triple-A this season, posting a 2.77 ERA, 1.05 WHIP, and 115:36 K:BB ratio over 107 ⅓ IP. If he starts Sunday he would face the Detroit Tigers, a matchup that gives him some streamer appeal.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
