Dallas Goedert A Solid Start In Week 4
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert will face the Jacksonville Jaguars in Philadelphia this Sunday. The 27-year-old left during last week's game against the Washington Commanders with a shin injury but re-entered shortly after and has practiced in full since. Goedert scored his first touchdown of the season in Week 3, catching three of his four targets for 26 yards. A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith are the clear top targets for quarterback Jalen Hurts, leaving the fifth-year tight end with an average of 4.7 targets per game. The matchup against Jacksonville is not a favorable one. The Jaguars are allowing tight ends to catch just 47.4% of their passes and have yet to yield a touchdown to the position. However, Goedert is averaging 56 yards per game and has finished in the top 10 each of the past two weeks. He is a solid TE1 for fantasy managers in Week 4.
