AJ Dillon A Back-End RB2 In Week 3
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon will go on the road to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this Sunday. After putting up a top 12 performance in Week 1 against Minnesota, the 24-year-old back finished with just 61 yards on 18 carries last week against Chicago. Dillon has recorded more carries than his teammate Aaron Jones in both games this season, and he should see a hefty workload Sunday against Tampa Bay. However, the Buccaneers have allowed only 13 total points through two games and have been stingy against fantasy running backs. With wide receiver Sammy Watkins (hamstring) out and both Christian Watkins (hamstring) and Randall Cobb (illness) questionable for Sunday, the third-year back will get plenty of work. His upside is capped due to the matchup, but Dillon should still be considered an RB2 in Week 3 due to the large workload he will receive.
