Tyler Allgeier A Potential Deep Sleeper
2 years agoAtlanta Falcons running back Tyler Allgeier saw his first action in the NFL last week after being inactive in Week 1. The former BYU star played only 19 offensive snaps in the Week 2 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. However, he had 10 rushing attempts in the game, including three on the opening drive. Cordarrelle Patterson remains locked in as the RB1 in Atlanta. Yet, Allgeier has a chance to earn the No. 2 role with Damien Williams on injured reserve. This week he faces a Seattle defense that has given up the seventh-most rushing yards to running backs this season. Allgeier is a potential flex option in deeper non-PPR or standard scoring leagues.
