Pete Alonso Hits 37th Homer Of Season Tuesday
2 years agoNew York Mets first baseman Pete Alonso went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run and two strikeouts in Tuesday's 7-5 win over the Brewers. Alonso crushed a seventh-inning Brad Boxberger offspeed pitch to straightaway center field for his 37th HR of the season. The Polar Bear has brought the power once again this season, slashing .267/.346/.511 with 121 RBI and five stolen bases. He should continue to be one of fantasy baseball's better sources of HR, R, and RBI for the rest of the season.
