Aaron Rodgers Wants Aaron Jones, AJ Dillon Heavily Involved
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers said on the Pat McAfee show that he would like the offense to rely heavily on running backs Aaron Jones and AJ Dillon. Rodgers mentioned that both of his stud running backs should be getting "at least 15 touches each." Jones has seen 26 touches in two games so far after having a limited role in Week 1, but he went off for 170 total yards and two touchdowns in Week 2 when he touched the ball 18 times. Dillon has handled 28 carries and six receptions through the first two weeks of the season, as he led the way in Week 1 with 10 carries for 45 yards and a touchdown. Both players will continue to possess standalone value moving forward, but Jones looks like the more valuable fantasy asset if the two will be splitting touches evenly.
