Josh Jacobs Logs 20 Touches In Week 2
Josh Jacobs had 19 carries for 69 yards while adding one catch for 12 yards in the team's Week 2 overtime loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Jacobs ran well in the first half while seeing all the running back carries. While it wasn't the most efficient day overall as Jacobs did not find the end zone for the second straight week, it is encouraging to see that Jacobs is the clear leader of this backfield. With Brandon Bolden (hamstring) missing this game, the only other running back to see a touch was Ameer Abdullah with one catch. Jacobs will continue to be a volume play going forward as he looks for his first touchdown of the season in Week 3 against the Titans.
