Sterling Shepard - Week 2 Outlook For Fantasy Football
2 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard offers a relatively safe option in an offense that has been quite hard to predict as of late. The 29-year-old was the WR43 as recent as 2020. He totaled 71 yards and one touchdown in Week 1 last Sunday, increasing his value as a steady option in fantasy football. Even though you probably don't need to start Shepard, he is worth stashing on your bench given the cloudy state of the Giants' offense. With Kadarius Toney, Wan'Dale Robinson, and Kenny Golladay all representing big unknowns, Shepard provides much-needed security for an offense looking to get back on track. Shepard should be viewed as a low-end WR4 against the Panthers on Sunday.
